Indulge in a seasonal 7-course Sakura tasting menu, expertly crafted to highlight the vibrant flavours of spring. Each dish is a celebration of the season, featuring potato sourdough with whipped yuzu butter, buckwheat and nori tart with wagyu tartare, brill ceviche, spring lamb saddle, and more.
