Wine Tasting at Robun

Demetervin - Hungary, Tokaj region
Demetervin is a family-owned winery headed by Dr Endre Demeter, one of the leading lights of Tokaj. The estate looks after 8 hectares of vines, including Tokaj’s sought-after Grand Cru sites. The grapes are organically cultivated and hand harvested. Everything is done by hand with wild fermentation and traditional artisan winemaking.

The event and tasting will be held by Dr Endre Demeter winemaker and owner of the vineyard. He will guide us through 4 of his wines including a sparkling wine along with Japanese food pairings, Supported by Novel Wines.
